our favorite missionaries
elder castillo and elder kitek?

he was up there in lest than a minute
getting coconuts

this little pig went to market

outing at a rotatarians beach house
a few notes about the pinoys, there are very few gray haired people, hair dye would be a good business here. someone stole my purse last night at the church parking lot. we were sitting on a wall watching the 3 little children of our investigators when some one ask us a few questions to draw our attention away from watching our stuff. they got nothing of value however because i had unloaded my purse to put crackers and a book for the children in it. a good lesson for me next time. while we were there the little four year old started taking of her pants and then lowered her undies and peed right there on the sidewalk. us americans were really shocked, but we just laughed. i think her mother would have been embarrassed but she was in an english class. some missionary teaches english on tues. weds.& thurs. its great for the people here. the malls always have a lot of people in them, more than the ut. malls. i guess it's because there are alot more people living here even though some of them probaly never go near the malls. just shows how the rich and the poor are divided. the children all wear uniforms to school, even high school and they look so nice and tidy. the people are very modestly dressed. you never see stomachs, butts, breasts or anything. our people could learn alot from them. they don't date either until late teens or twenties. they are very repectful of their parents.

we went to shangra la for fathers day. it is a very expensive and very beautiful resort near here. our meal cost us 80 us dollars. the sand is white and the water is warn. i went swimming after dark in all my clothes. it was great fun and you didn't notice a difference in the temperature of the water and the temperature of the air. oran didn't get wet at all. its so much fun to be in that kind of water. i felt a bit guilty spending all that money with so much poverty around us but it sure was a lift to the soul to see beautiful things again.
Great new about our little family, she ask to know more about our church. the missionaries are teaching them now. pray that they will gain a testimony, it will change their lives so much.
